LEED POINTS EARNER

LEED provides third-party verification of sustainable buildings. Neolith meets the preliminary safety requirements and earns points to help consumers reach the desired level of certification for their home or commercial project. 
MEMBER OF THE U.S. GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL (USGBC)

The USGBC, a council supervised by LEED, brings together defenders of sustainable policies and practices. 
HEALTH PRODUCT DECLARATION

Neolith has a declaration of product components showing they have no impact on health. 
ECOVADIS GOLD 2023

Neolith has earned gold certification from EcoVadis, the most credible sustainability index in the world.
GREENGUARD GOLD CERTIFICATION

Ensuring that Neolith is suitable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.

Certifying that the Company has an environmental management plan in place that addresses: environmental objectives and goals, policies and procedures to achieve those goals, clearly defined responsibilities, staff training activities, documentation and a system to monitor any changes and progress made. 
ZERO WASTE

Neolith obtains the prestigious "Zero Waste" certification for its excellent waste management and care for the environment, with the highest possible rating.

FRIENDLY MATERIALS (GOLD)

Certifies that Neolith is free of substances from the Alert List and free of VOC emissions (zero emissions). 
DECLARE

Declare is a nutrition label for building products. It is designed to help specifiers quickly identify products that meet their project requirements. Declare labels disclose all intentionally-added ingredients and residuals at or above 100ppm (0.01%) present in the final product by weight. 
 Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) transparently reports objective, comparable and third-party verified data about products and services' environmental performances from a lifecycle perspective.
